The ground rules, without the fog.

By using OLYRON Medicare you agree to these terms. When you send our match form, you agree to them again by clicking the submit button, next to a link to this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

OLYRON Medicare is operated by Operating company: to be provided(“we”, “us”).

We publish educational guides and comparisons, offer free calculators and a facts desk, and, when you ask, connect you with licensed professionals. We are not an insurer, a health plan, a health care sharing organization, a government agency or a medical provider. We do not enroll you in any plan. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.

This page is for general education only and is not medical, legal, or financial advice, nor an insurance quote. Coverage rules, benefits, and prices change; verify current details with the official source before making a decision. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Prices, savings and cost figures are estimates for education. They are not quotes or offers. Only the company or plan can tell you your actual price and benefits.

We may be paid when we connect you with a licensed advisor, and some companies may pay us a referral fee if you enroll through our link. Each company card says whether we have a relationship. How we make money.

You must be 18 or older and in the United States to use our forms.

• Give accurate information, about yourself only, unless you have permission to act for someone else.
• Enter only a phone number you own or are the regular user of. If that changes, tell us so we can stop contacting it.
• How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

If you agree to be contacted on our form, you may get text messages about your request and health coverage options from OLYRON Medicare and the licensed agency named in the consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Read the consent or opt out.

“Ask the desk” shows published facts for the state and need you pick. It is not a person, a licensed agent or an AI chat. We do not offer an AI chat today; if we add one, it will be labeled and this applies to it: “You're chatting with an AI assistant, not a person or a licensed agent. It gives general education only, not medical, legal, tax, or insurance advice, and it can be wrong. Don't share medical details you don't want stored. For plan advice, talk to a licensed advisor. In an emergency, call 911.”

Do not rely on the desk, or any AI feature, for decisions about your health, money or coverage without checking the official source or a licensed professional. AI notice.

Links to other companies take you to sites we do not control. Their terms, prices and privacy policies apply there, and any enrollment is between you and that company.

• Do not misuse the site: no scraping or bulk copying, no automated form submissions, no attempts to break security or overload the service.
• Do not submit someone else’s information without permission, or false information.
• Do not use any part of the site to create harmful, unlawful or misleading content.

We work to keep facts accurate and dated, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Coverage rules, deadlines and prices change; check the official source before you decide.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived by law.

If you have a problem, please email us first; most issues can be solved quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the site before it takes effect. Questions: support@olyron.com.
