AI notice
You should always know who, or what, you are talking to.
Here is exactly where artificial intelligence is used on this site today, and the rules it must follow if we add more.

Today: no AI chat
OLYRON Medicare does not offer an AI chat today. Nothing you see on this site is a chatbot talking with you, and no one is pretending to be a person.
What the desk is
Our desk (“Ask the desk”) shows published state facts for the state and coverage need you pick from two menus. It does not use an AI model, and it is not a person or a licensed agent. It gives general education only, not medical, legal, tax or insurance advice. Facts can change, so check the dates. For plan advice, talk to a licensed advisor. In an emergency, call 911.
Your menu choices are used in your browser to show the facts, and to fill in our match form if you choose to continue.
Rankings are not AI
Where we put options in order, a fixed, published formula does it, not an AI model. See the method and weights.
If we add an AI assistant
Before any AI assistant goes live here, it will:
- Show this notice above the chat box, every time:
- Answer from our dated, sourced pages, and never invent prices, subsidies, ratings or plan availability.
- Narrate only the same ranking the site shows, never one of its own.
- Say that health sharing is not insurance whenever it comes up.
- Give the Medicare disclaimer when Medicare comes up: “We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.”
- Not ask for diagnoses, medication lists or other medical records.
- Name the AI provider and say how long messages are kept, on this page and in our Privacy Policy.
Talk to a person
For plan advice, ask to be matched with a licensed advisor through our form. For anything else, email support@olyron.com.
